We stand behind our products, so if there is any manufacturer defect, we offer a full refund or exchange (less shipping) within 30 days of the Order Date. Physical or liquid damage to any product is not covered.
To be eligible for a return, you need a proof of defect (i.e. photo) and the item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging.
